NinjaOne allows IT teams to monitor and manage endpoints via a lightweight agent application on the device. The agent transmits data from the device back to NinjaOne for analysis and from NinjaOne to the device for execution.

Yes, NinjaOne integrates with a variety of third-party solutions to seamlessly include tools you teams may already have in your technology stack or may wish to add to expand your capabilities. Each integration has been carefully built to blend the tools in a way that creates as seamless an experience as possible for technicians.

We also offer a robust API you can use to integrate with other products not directly supported by NinjaOne.

NinjaOne provides several cloud-based software solutions that include product features that may help you with your compliance efforts. By using the combined principles and guidelines of the NIST frameworks NinjaOne’s security and compliance controls meet or exceed the individual requirements of HIPAA, GDPR, CCPA, and other security regulations. NinjaOne implements security controls that regulate authentication, authorization, and access which prevents malicious acts, these controls are available for review in our SOC2 attestation. NinjaOne is not PCI compliant at this time.

FedRAMP provides a standardized approach to cloud security for Federal agencies, and companies working with the government supporting their mission. NinjaOne is now one of a few select cloud-based solutions to be granted FedRAMP Moderate Authority To Operate (ATO), which includes rigorous security controls to protect the federal government’s IT environments.

Security & Trust

NinjaOne implements security controls that regulate authentication, authorization, and access which prevents malicious acts. These controls include a password policy, enforced multi-factor authentication, restricted access to source code, restricted access to cloud environments, restricted access to production services and environments, encryption of data in transit and at rest, and logging, monitoring, and auditing of access activity. NinjaOne does not track your computer. By this we mean the NinjaOne software does not monitor user productivity or behavior, nor browsing behavior. NinjaOne does not see or share user passwords or track your location. NinjaOne does monitor the health and productivity of your endpoints, secures and updates computers, enables IT to remotely support users, helps IT keep track of company assets, and automatically remediates common IT issues.

Yes! We offer a two-week free trial. During the trial, you’ll have access to the entire NinjaOne platform.

We customize the price of our solution for each partner based on the number of agents they wish to deploy and the functionality they wish to use. This allows us to offer the most competitive price to each partner. Talk with our sales team for a personalized quote.

As an MSP-friendly company, NinjaOne does not share pricing publicly. This allows our MSP partners to shift their own pricing conversations from the cost of tools to the value of their services. We’re always happy to provide you a personalized quote.
